They weren't exactly with us on many issues, but we had a nice chat anyway. It's always suprising how much common ground opposing sides can find if everyone's willing to just talk, not argue. We stayed with The Amazing Julia Rosen from BetterCA.org...
The man himself, Lt. Col. (ret) Charlie Brown. It's astonishing that a candidate this good could possibly lose against a pile of corruption like Doolittle, but that's how bad things have gotten (and also indication of just how far a little race baiting will still get you in some parts of our state, unfortunately)...
The big crowd was definitely into him and Ohio superstar gate-crasher Paul Hackett...
